Walking through the small street of the Cretan village of Mirthios, you will find the refurbished stone apartments of Mirthia Apartments. Built by our grandparents from natural materials of the 1940’s, the apartments are in the upper part of the village next to the old village square of Mirthios. The apartments were renovated in 2021 in order to offer the guests the chance to enjoy life in a traditional Cretan village. There is a large shared courtyard that has an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and table and chairs. This area can be used by both apartments.

Mirthia Apartment 1

 

The 40sq.m.apartment consists of a bedroom and living room/kitchen area. The bedroom has a double bed and ample space for storing clothes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything that is needed to provide a cooked meal. The modern bathroom has a toilet, hand basin and shower.

Extra sofa-bed and baby cot are available on request.

Mirthia Apartment 2

 

The lower 40s.q.  apartment is suitable for 3 people and consists of an open plan living area/kitchen area, a bedroom with a single bed, and the third bed which is a single bed is found in the loft which is above the kitchen area. The bedroom has a double bed and ample space for storing clothes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything that is needed to provide a cooked meal. The modern bathroom has a toilet, hand basin and shower.

Baby cot is available on request.

Attention:

There is NO reception area at the apartments.
Check in starts at 14:00 till 19:00, If you want to arrive earlier or later than the scheduled arrival time, send us a request Check out till 10:30.

Mirthia apartments cannot be accessed by car.
Car parking is in the main car parking area of the village, and then we will go to the apartments on foot. The stone apartments are in the centre level of the village where the old village square used to be.
